Meat Cleaver processed my bull from this September and as a non-resident hunter, logistics is everything. Lucas is the man, and personally took the quarters, and handled all of the logistics with shipping everything to me. Excellent communication, and the proximity to DIA was an added bonus. Meat arrived to Baltimore in a timely manner still frozen, and everything has been professionally packaged, fresh, and very high quality. They will be my go-to for all future CO hunts.

I took my feral hogs there to be processed from my hunt in Texas. Lucas did a great job processing them. No hair etc. Since he knew that feral hogs have a tendency to be lean, he tossed in some ground beef to mix with the hogs if I wanted a higher fat content. I just made some chili with some of the sausage and it was wonderful! If you look, Lucas packages everything in vacuum sealed packing to retain freshness for as long as possible. The labels are for beef products, but that's ok as the cuts are the same on feral hogs. Looking forward to taking more feral hogs there in the future. Very reasonably priced as well.
